We MSCS-M (MS Supply Chain Solutions Malaysia) has taken Logistics Business from SSCS-M (Sony Supply Chain Solutions Malaysia) which was established on 17 August 1989.
Therefore, we have more than 30 years experience in the logistics field. We have handled various logistics operations of electronics products, including procurement, factory, sales, and repair parts logistics.
Through these experiences, we have formed wide range of platforms for cargo handling / parts delivery operations in factories and warehouses with safety, efficiency and high quality, transportation and delivery operations seamlessly connecting Malaysia and overseas.
One of our strengths is our well experienced staffs who can satisfy customer’s expectation and efforts on Gemba Kaizen (The philosophy of continuous improvement). Gemba is our Show Room, We would like to expect customers to visit our Gemba.

What is GEMBA?
Gemba means “the actual place” where work happens. At MSCSM, it reflects our management philosophy of going directly to the workplace, observing operations firsthand and understanding real challenges together with our people.
